One tap a day. That's the whole job.

Still Kicking is a daily check-in for people who live alone. Tap once a day to say you're okay. If you don't, the people you chose get an email asking them to check on you.

Coming soon to Google Play Android first, iPhone later.

How it works

  1. Pick a time

Choose a time to check in by, and how often: every day, every few days, or on the weekdays you pick. Then a grace time of 1, 3 or 6 hours.

  2. Choose your people

Add up to three people by name and email. The app writes a heads-up you can send them, so they know what to expect.

  3. Tap once a day

Open the app and tap "I'm okay". If your time is getting close, a reminder nudges you.

  4. Miss it, and they're told

If your time and the grace time both pass, each of your people gets an email asking them to check on you. Check in within 24 hours and they get an all-clear.

Your alert is queued in advance, so it still goes out if your phone dies. Checking in just needs a moment online.

Most of it stays on your phone

  • No account to create.
  • No ads, no tracking, no location.
  • Your schedule and your people stay on your phone.
  • The main thing that leaves it is your alert email, queued in advance with our email service.

How we handle your data

What it isn't

Still Kicking emails the people you chose. It isn't an emergency service or a medical device. It doesn't call anyone, track where you are or know anything about your health.

It lets the people who care about you know when to look in. What happens next is up to them.

Did someone add you as one of their people?

There's nothing to install and nothing to do. You'll only hear from us if they miss a check-in, or if they send you a test. Emails come from alerts@mail.stillkicking.app.

What to do if you get an email

Coming soon to Google Play

Still Kicking is coming to Android first, with iPhone later. Try it free for 14 days, then it's a yearly plan through the store.
